Now May be the Best Time to Change those

old Energy Hungry Lights in Your Workplace!

For the next two years, the Carbon Trust is providing an attractive and accessible support package to help small and medium sized companies in England identify energy saving opportunities and install energy efficient equipment in their business.

 

As part of this support scheme the Carbon Trust is running a series of workshops to help businesses learn about the Green Business Fund and work out how best to identify and implement the energy saving opportunities available to them.

The Carbon Trust is running a workshop in partnership with the Green Sector Business Forum/ North London Chamber of Commerce and Enterprise in Enfield on:

Wednesday 5th July, 9.00am – 12.00 noon

At Enfield Business Centre, 201 Hertford Road, Enfield EN3 5JH

 

The workshop will cover:

  • understanding and reducing energy bills through behavioural and low cost measures

  • focus on major areas of energy consumption in small companies (lighting, equipment, hvac)

  • access to funding and funded oneto-one support

Other service offerings as part of the Green Business Fund include:

 

  • A financial contribution towards your energy saving equipment: from June 2016 The Carbon Trust Green Business Fund is offering up to £10,000* to SMEs for projects that comply with the requirements of the fund.

  • Energy opportunity assessment: the Carbon Trust are offering funded energy saving opportunity assessments to SMEs to help them identify energy savings and equipment you could install to achieve these savings. A Carbon Trust expert will visit your site and provide you with an energy saving opportunity assessment report as part of the funded offer.

  • Implementation support: help to find equipment suppliers who can provide detailed quotes and who have a track record of delivering energy saving projects.
