Enterprise Enfield is Awarded the
Matrix Quality Standard for the Sixth Time!
Enterprise Enfield is delighted to confirm it has just been awarded the Matrix standard for the sixth time – for the quality of the business information, advice, guidance and support services it provides to its clients!
The Department for Education’s (DfE) Matrix standard is the international quality standard for organisations that deliver information, advice and/or guidance (IAG) services. It helps them to improve their services by benchmarking against best practice and offers accreditation to those that meet the full standard. Two day assessments take place every 3 years by an independent Assessor - who conducts interviews with employees, clients and partners and reviews documentary evidence. If the Assessor considers all criteria have been met, the organisation becomes accredited and can display the Matrix quality mark to demonstrate that it offers high quality IAG services.
