Enterprise Enfield is an independent enterprise agency, a not for profit social enterprise approved by the Department for Business and Trade.  The organisation, established in 1985, offers a comprehensive range of business support services specifically designed to encourage, guide, inform and empower people to be successful in business.

 

Many of the organisation's business support services are free or heavily subsidised by contracts secured with funders such as: the UK government's UK Shared Prosperity Fund, Local London, London Borough of Enfield and The RSA Trust and formerly the European Union European Regional Development Fund and European Social Fund.

Services include:

• Impartial Business information, advice and guidance for start ups and established business owners. Online and phone sessions are available with experienced Business Advisers. (Free initial session).​

• LONDON E-Business Support Programme  - a FREE programme of expert advice, support and webinars to help small business owners make better use of online marketing and digital tools and technology to enhance their online presence; attract more customers, boost efficiency and thrive. All support is FREE as the programme is funded by the UK government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund. It is open to businesses registered for over 1 month and located in London.

• E-business Programme  - a FREE programme of expert advice, support and webinars to help small business owners make better use of online marketing and digital tools and technology to enhance their online presence; attract more customers, boost efficiency and thrive.  The scheme is open to businesses trading over 6 months in Enfield, Waltham Forest and Redbridge.  It is delivered by Enterprise Enfield and supported by Local London and Enfield, Waltham Forest and Redbridge Councils.

• North London Business Hub - providing a range of services including:

  • monthly business advice sessions

  • a professional mailing address

  • free Associate Membership of the North London Chamber of Commerce and Enterprise (NLCCE).   

  • regular networking events

  • a free online directory listing

• RSA Trust Inspiring Women Start Up Programme - a 6 month support programme empowering women in Enfield, Haringey and Waltham Forest with the skills and knowledge they need to start their own businesses.  All the support is free and includes webinars, seminars and start up advice.  The scheme is funded by The RSA Trust
