Our North London Business Hub in Southgate offers a modern, spacious and affordable hot-desking / co-working space with meeting rooms available for hire. All desks are available to book on a pay as you go basis on specific hot desk Thursdays (from Thursday 16th February 2023, 9.30am - 4.30pm) - no membership required. £24.12 + VAT for the day.

We are conveniently situated in the Southgate Campus of Barnet and Southgate College, High Road, Southgate N14 6BS. We are 2 minutes' walk from Southgate underground / bus station. If you are travelling by car there is a pay and display car park across the road. See Map

With a monthly Hub Membership Subscription (£30 + vat), the Hub also offers businesses: a professional mailing address; monthly business advice sessions; regular networking events; Associate Membership of North London Chamber of Commerce and Enterprise (NLCCE) and an online directory listing.
