How can the programme help you?

Our experienced Advisers and Digital Experts will provide specialist support to improve the use of online marketing and digital tools and streamline operations Both you and your staff also have the opportunity to learn more by attending a range of digital webinars throughout the programme.  Please note all the advice and support offered is driven by the particular needs of your business/organisation and around your availability to participate.  Our support can:

  • Enhance your organisation's online presence

  • Attract new clients, funders, partners, sponsors and donors 

  • Enhance your website's search engine ranking (SEO)

  • Maximise your online marketing

  • Boost your social media 

  • Use ecommerce and online payments / donations

  • Improve efficiency, save time and money

How does it work?

Initial Digital / Business Review

You will be invited to have an initial zoom meeting with a Business Adviser - who will look at your current use of technology, digital tools and a business overview. This will identify how your organisation is operating in a range of areas including: your website; social media activities; email marketing; e-accounting; e-commerce; online donation systems; customer relationship management systems; data security, financial performance, staffing requirements etc.

Digital Action Plan & Expert Advice

Your Adviser will produce a bespoke Digital Action Plan - detailing the actions you can take to maximise your online presence and efficiency - saving your organisation time and money. 

You will then be introduced to an expert Digital Adviser who will support you to implement the actions recommended.  Follow up meetings will be arranged wwith your Business Adviser and Digital Adviser as required.

Webinars & Online Tutorials

Improve and learn new digital skills by attending the Programme's webinars - you can choose which ones are relevant to your needs - and attend live or watch recorded videos in your own time.  Topics cover: creating images and videos for social media; email marketing; invoicing; free digital tools - and more. Also attend regular Networking Events to connect with other businesses, network and generate new opportunities.

Is my organisation eligible?

To register for this programme you must be a charity, CIC, social enterprise or business which:

  • has been trading for over 6 months

  • is located in one of the following London boroughs: Enfield, Waltham Forest or Redbridge

  • has fewer than 251 employees
