How does it work?
Initial Digital / Business Review
You will be invited to have an initial zoom meeting with a Business Adviser - who will look at your current use of technology, digital tools and a business overview. This will identify how your organisation is operating in a range of areas including: your website; social media activities; email marketing; e-accounting; e-commerce; online donation systems; customer relationship management systems; data security, financial performance, staffing requirements etc.
Digital Action Plan & Expert Advice
Your Adviser will produce a bespoke Digital Action Plan - detailing the actions needed to maximise your online presence and efficiency - saving your organisation time and money.
You will then be introduced to an expert Digital Adviser who will support you to implement the actions recommended. Follow up meetings will be arranged wwith your Business Adviser and Digital Adviser as required.
Improve and learn new digital skills by attending the Programme's webinars - you can choose which ones are relevant to your needs. Also attend regular Networking Events to connect with other businesses, network and generate new opportunities.
