The reason for this is that your group members are not your competitors in any way, so flow of ideas and exchanges are more open and honest

Take time to understand a problem before jumping to a solution
Albert Einstein once said, “If I had an hour to solve a problem, I’d spend 55 minutes thinking about the problem and five minutes thinking about solutions.” Always identify the real problem, going to the route of the problem alone will help you ask the right questions and find the right answers.
