Natgab Services Celebrates 7 Years of Growth!
Gladys Anoquah, founder of Enfield based care business Natgab Services, has just marked 7 years of growth and success with a celebratory Dinner and Awards night for her staff and invited guests, at Enfield Island Village Community Centre on Saturday 18th January.
Gladys established Natgab Services in 2013 with the help and support of Enterprise Enfield’s RSA Inspiring Women Programme, and Inspiring Women Business Growth Programme, part funded by the European Regional Development Fund. She then gained further advice, mentoring and support to scale her business to the next level with the organisation’s Female Founders Accelerator Programme, supported by the JPMorgan Chase Foundation. Starting with just a small team, based at the RSA Island Centre in the heart of Enfield Island Village, Gladys has now grown the business to include
35 staff including Senior Care Managers, Carers, a management, finance and an administration team. She said:
“The value of Enterprise Enfield’s women’s support programmes to my business has been priceless! I have learnt how to have healthy growth in the business without having to do everything myself, and to stand back and empower others! I now employ over 30 staff and our celebration last Saturday is my way of recognising the achievements of our team who work so hard to ensure we continue to provide the highest quality care services to our clients.”
Natgab is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and offers 24 hour domiciliary care services to support the elderly, disabled and other community groups across London boroughs. A key focus of the business is to help clients and their families by providing care services which help people stay in their own homes.
